VINTAGE SIGNED HOPI / NAVAJO STERLING SILVER TURQUOISE BEAR PAW CLAW RING Sz6.5
On offer is an authentic, vintage HOPI or perhaps NAVAJO hand wrought. 925 sterling silver Ring adorned with a striking Bear Paw and Star Fetish design crafted in the overlay technique on a blackened ground and a beautiful Southwestern Sky Blue natural Kingman, AZ turquoise stone. This classic HOPI or NAVAJO Ring is hallmarked STERLING, with a supernatural pictograph logo possibly for artist maker or the Native American Arts and Crafts Guild. We believe this Ring was created circa 1960.
This fine ring was skillfully crafted with attention to detail in the HOPI or NAVAJO tradition and is in very good vintage condition (please see ALL photos for an accurate detailed depiction). The ring band is decorated with hand stamped Bear paw motifs all around. The hand cut and polished round shaped natural cabochon southwest sky blue and golden brown matrix turquoise stone is in very good condition with no chips or cracks. It is firmly and securely set in a plain silver bezel and measures 1/4 diameter. 925 sterling silver and turquoise ring plaque measures approx.
1 3/8" long x 1 1/16" at widest. This HOPI or NAVAJO Ring is a size 6.5.
