Vintage Navajo Sterling Silver Cuff Bracelet TAHE Unique Stamped HEAVY 46.3g

This fabulous sterling silver cuff bracelet by Navajo jewelry silversmiths, Verna and Franklin Tahe, features a thick coiled design framed with unique stamp work. The hand forged bracelet is created with quality materials.

The type of heavy sterling silver you only find in vintage silver jewelry. This is an heirloom piece you may hand down for generations. Size - 6.5 - inside circumference, includes gap.

It is in very good vintage condition, with light normal wear. What I find interesting about this piece (and different from their others) is in stamp work - the center stamped design is slightly different than the designs on either side. To me, it looks to be a stamp with clouds against the sun rays, while the others are clear rays without clouds. I can't help but wonder what the story or significance is there.....

Perhaps this was even a custom order as Verna and Franklin traveled the show circuit in their early days (late 70s to 80s especially) and were well known for taking custom orders from their clients.
