On offer is an authentic vintage pair of NAVAJO. 925 sterling silver 4.5 LONG dangle earrings adorned with hand cut and polished brilliant southwest sky blue oval shaped cabochon turquoise stones surrounded by silver raindrops and rope and sacred prayer feathers. These earrings are hallmarked 925 for Sterling Silver, they are not hallmarked for artist maker which was common in Native American silver prior to the 1970's. We believe this fine pair was created circa 1960's.
These stunning long dangle earrings were expertly crafted with attention to detail in the NAVAJO tradition and are in very good vintage condition (see ALL photos for an accurate detailed depiction). The sterling silver wire wrapped and beaded french ear wires are in good working order. The six (6) oval shaped turquoise stones each measure approx. 3/8" long x 1/4" wide and are in very good condition with no chips or cracks. They are firmly set in smooth silver bezels. Overall, these long Navajo dangle earrings measure approx. 4 1/2" long x 1/2" wide. The weight of this pair is 18.2 grams.
