Up for sale is a vintage Navajo handmade sterling silver storyteller link bracelet featuring five detailed overlay panels. Each rectangular link is hand-crafted in sterling silver using traditional Navajo overlay technique. The panels depict classic storyteller and Southwest narrative imagery including figures, landscape elements, architectural forms, and symbolic motifs. The depth and contrast between the oxidized background and polished raised design give the bracelet strong visual dimension. This piece is signed on the reverse (see photos).
The signature is present but partially worn with age. No visible "925" stamp is seen, which is common with older Navajo work, but the bracelet tests as sterling silver. Pre-owned vintage condition with natural patina consistent with age. Light surface wear, oxidation, and minor scratches visible. No major dents or structural damage. Please review all photos carefully as they are part of the description. This is not a lightweight piece. It has a substantial feel and presence on the wrist. A strong example of traditional Navajo narrative jewelry and increasingly hard to find in signed form.Great for collectors of Native American jewelry, Southwest silver, or storyteller pieces.
