This necklace dates from the 1940s, a piece from our mothers collection. The necklace features hand crafted and polished bench beads and additional hand crafted beads in sterling silver. The deep salmon colored beads are natural untreated coral beads. The necklace is strung on a fabric cord which is not frayed. The center piece is the lovely solid sterling silver cross.
The cross is hand etched with feathers and twirling vines on both sides.... We suspect this to be a Native American piece, however no hallmarks were located to confirm. It has been tested and confirmed as sterling silver beads and cross and natural undied coral. Wearable length as presented: 26 inches.
Cross: 2 1/2" x 1 1/2". Each coral bead is a bit over 1/4 each +/- for their natural form. Of course I honor this policy. Please message me first and I will do my best to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
