Authentic Vintage Navajo Turquoisebear Sterling Silver Concho Belt
Vintage and Museum Quality Specialists. This is a magnificent vintage Navajo inlaid silver bear concho belt. This remarkable belt contains 10 phenomenal large thick and sturdy hand carved silver bear conchos. Each concho measures a beautiful 2-3/4" X 1-3/4" and consists of outstanding carvings such as geometric patterns with a textured background.
The detailing and intricacy of these conchos are superior. The buckle on this belt contains a wonderful large oval shaped buckle that contains a center precise and intricate inlaid oval pattern.The inlay contains lapis, pink shell, coral, and turquoise. The buckle measures around 2-1/2" X 2-1/8" and contains wonderful accenting bordering sun stampings. The total length of the belt measures around 40-1/2. Signed by Navajo artist, Tom Jackson.
