Vintage Native American Silver And Turquoise Old Pawn Cuff Bracelet

I believe it may be Navajo but can't be sure since I can't make out the signature. Previous owner got small drips of nail polish on it see photos. 7-1/4 inches inside including 1-1/2 inch gap.

Made from old silverware so it is possible could be heavy silver plate and not sterling. Handcrafted, the silver Navajo tears and bezel appear to be sterling. Hand stamping is deep and plentiful. Big stone has a clear coat on it - not sure why.
