BEAUTIFUL Vintage Native American Sterling Silver Turquoise 3 Strand Necklace

BEAUTIFUL vintage Native American, Navajo hand-crafted sterling silver, genuine turquoise nugget & pen shell heishi beaded 3 strand necklace. This lovely necklace is MUCH prettier in reality than it appears in my photos. It is 33 long and weighs 66.2 grams. It was entirely hand-crafted by a Native American, Navajo artisan. It features gorgeous, very rich, intense blue American-mined turquoise nuggets and beautifully cut tan-brown pen shell heishi beads that vary in size from 2 mm (heishi) to 6 mm to 10 mm in width (turquoise nuggets).

This necklace was crafted by a particularly skilled Native American artisan. He/she used the finest material and carefully placed the turquoise and heishi with even spacing throughout. The turquoise nuggets are remarkably blue and are well matched. this is fine vintage material the likes of which is very difficult to find in today's market.

The pen shell is also very nice... Neatly cut and beautifully polished, as is the turquoise. This necklace is finished with two large sterling silver cone end-pieces and a sturdy, sterling silver, traditional hook and eye clasp. It is in wonderful vintage condition with no damage other than, perhaps, very minor surface wear or minor oxidation. The silver cones and clasp have been professionally tested as solid sterling silver.

The turquoise and pen shell have been verified by a certified gemologist. This is a fine Native American necklace and it would make a wonderful gift.
